By using FinCoach, you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Description of the service

FinCoach is a personal finance tracking app that helps you track the savings, income, expenses and goals you enter yourself. It is not a bank, a brokerage or an investment advisory service.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years old or older to use FinCoach. By using the app, you declare that you meet this requirement.

Not investment advice

Suggestions, forecasts (for example, the end-of-month forecast and future-money scenarios), scores, charts and notes in the app are for general information only and are not investment, tax or legal advice. Before making financial decisions you should do your own research and, if necessary, consult a qualified professional.

AI assistant and receipt scanning

FinCoach Assistant (typed and voice) and Scan Receipt use artificial intelligence. Replies and values that are read may be wrong, incomplete or out of date; it is your responsibility to check amounts and receipt details before saving them. These features are provided for information and convenience only.

How your data is processed when you use these features is described in the Privacy Policy. You need to grant microphone permission for voice conversation and camera or photos permission for receipt scanning; if you do not, only that feature will not work.

You agree to use these features lawfully and with respect for the rights of others. You must not send receipts or voices that contain other people's personal information without permission. Daily and monthly usage limits may apply to prevent abuse and to avoid overloading the server.

Market data

Gold, silver and currency prices are taken from a publicly available source; they may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and should not be regarded as exact prices at which you can trade. If the data cannot be reached, the app shows the last known values together with a warning saying so.

Savings values are approximate values calculated from the amounts you entered and current prices. If you enter your income in foreign currency, gold or silver, its local-currency equivalent is an approximate amount calculated at the current rate.

Your account and data

Your data is stored only on your device. Accounts created with a username have no password reset and no sign-in from another device; if you forget your password or your app lock PIN, or lose your device or the app, you may lose access to your data. We recommend backing up important data with the export and backup options on the Profile screen.

You can delete your account and all data on the device at any time from Profile > Delete account.

FinCoach Premium

Premium may be an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store. The scope and price of the plans are shown on the Premium screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's terms.

The plan you select on the Premium screen takes you directly to Apple's purchase confirmation when you tap "Get Premium"; no payment is taken without your confirmation. If you have purchased before, you can restore your subscription with "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen.

The differences between Free and Premium (for example, assistant question allowance, receipt scanning, monthly summary, spending forecast, payment calendar, Savings Challenge and other features) are listed on the Premium screen. We may change the scope and limits of features over time; we take care not to remove the core features offered for a period you have purchased without a justified reason.

Rules of use

You agree to use the app lawfully and for personal purposes only, and not to try to disrupt the app or servers, reverse engineer them, or gain unauthorized access.

Limitation of liability

FinCoach is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information or AI replies in the app, data loss, misread receipts, or errors in market data. Your mandatory consumer rights are reserved.

Apple terms and governing law

The app is provided under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory provisions on consumer rights are reserved.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is published in the app and the date above changes. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
